Preparation of aid to Serbia, institutional reform and economic aspects of social dossiers

Luxembourg, 17/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - gathered Tuesday morning in Kirchberg under the presidency of the French Minister Laurent Fabius, the EU's Economic and Finance Council, dealt with, other than the fiscal issue (see below) the following points:
