Brussels, 17/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission will go to the budgetary three way dialogue, this Wednesday, with the Parliament and Council with several ideas for new aid to the Balkans under the 2000 and 2001 budget, but without new figures for aid to Serbia - "its too early" - and "technically" maintaining its proposed revision of the financial outlook, indicated the spokesperson for the Commissioner responsible for the Budget, Mrs Schreyer.
