Michael Tutty appointed Vice-President

Luxembourg, 17/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - Ireland's Michael Tutty has officially been appointed Vice-President of the European Investment Bank by its Board of Governors. From 16 October, he will succeed P-L Gennimatas, whose term of office has ended. Official at the Irish Finance Ministry since 1968, Mr. Tutty has, since 1994, been Second Secretary General in Charge of Budget and Economic Division in the Department of Finance in Dublin.
