ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) office equipment

The Portuguese group INAPA - INVESTIMENTOS PARTICIPACOES E GESTAO (turnover EUR 1.1 billion in 1999) has acquired, for an undisclosed amount, the Belgian office stationery distributor BUROPAPIER (turnover by way of EUR 15 million). INAPA plans to merge BUROPAPIER with its Belgian subsidiary ORDIPAP (turnover EUR 5 million in 1999).
