Successful conciliation on incineration

Brussels, 17/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - The conciliation procedure between the European Parliament and Council on the directive to tackle the current legislative shortcomings regarding the incineration of waste had led to an agreement. EUROPE will report in detail on this significant success for the Union's environment policy tomorrow.
