ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) chemicals

CHIMIOTECHNIC (detergents and soap powders: expected turnover for 2000 of FF 350 million) has taken control of ALIZOL (hygiene and beauty products) with the purchase of 51% of its capital. As counterpart, NORD EST, ALIZOL parent company, increases its take in CHIMIOTECHNIC to 10%. The latter has also taken control of the small pharmaceutical laboratory GARCIN.
