The French group BOUYGUES OFFSHORE took an indirect stake of 20% in the Italian company ROSETTI MARINO, without specifying the amount of the investment. Specialised in the construction of platforms and offshore installations, the latter will have an equivalent turnover of FF 567 million in 1999.
