ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) brokerage

The French on-line broker BOURSE DIRECT has taken control of its rival ETNA FINANCE. The operation values ETNA at some 40.86 million euro. It will take place in two stages, firstly the purchase of the 55% stake COMPAGNIE DU CAP has in ETNA FINANCE, then with a public tender for a swap of shares with the remaining minority shareholders.
