The Spanish group IBERDROLA (electricity), the Italian ENI (oil) and the Portuguese GALP ENERGIA (gas) have concluded a cooperation agreement in the gas sector, foreseeing that: i) the three partners jointly develop a gas trading and marketing company named IBERDROLA GAS which should become the world's second largest in the sector with a market share of 15 to 20% in 2005; ii) a stake of 10% by IBERDROLA in ENI POWER, the electricity production and sales unit of the Italian oil company: ii) a...
