Busquin's guidelines for a more coordinated research policy in partnership with Member States - Priorities for period 2002-2006

Brussels, 03/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - In Strasbourg on Wednesday, the European Commission is to adopt a communication on guidelines for Union action in the field of research (2002-2006) that relates both to achieving the European Area of Research and the contents of the future 6th Framework-Programme.
