ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) semiconductors

The German semiconductor manufacturer INFINEON (SIEMENS group) concluded a final agreement in view of acquiring 100% of the capital in ARDENT TECHNOLOGIES (wide band integrated circuits for local networks) for USD 42 million. Furthermore, SIEMENS will acquire 30% of the capital in the German software specialist for electronic commerce BOKAT which will carry out, to do this, an increase in reserved capital.
