03/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Council of Europe's Parliamentary Assembly moved in favour of the creation of a Euro-Mediterranean hydrotechnical institute, which will take the shape of a equal agreement by the Council of Europe. They favourably welcomed the proposal from the Spanish Minister for the Environment Jaume Matas, to establish the seat in Murcie, in Southern Spain.
