Two referrals to the Court of Justice (Spain and the Netherlands) and three reasoned opinions (Austria, Belgium and Spain), for measures that Commission claims constitute obstacle to free movement of goods

Brussels, 28/07/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has decided to continue the infringement procedures previously initiated regarding certain obstacles to the free movement of goods practiced by four Member States. In two cases, concerning Spain and the Netherlands, the Commission is referring the cases to the Court of Justice.
