EU calls for moratorium on federal executions

Brussels, 28/07/2000 (Agence Europe) - In a letter from the Ambassador of France in Washington, the French Presidency of the EU asked President Bill Clinton to commute the death sentence handed down by a federal court against Juan Raul Garza to life imprisonment.
