Brussels, 28/07/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission felt that investment aid of GBP 90.2 million in favour of Motorola was compatible with the common market. It is aimed at the construction of a new semiconductor factory for cellular phones and other wireless applications that will be built in Dumferline, an assisted Scottish region and which will employ 1,350 people.
