Brussels, 28/07/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved funding of 5.6 million euro for 21 pilot actions for combined transport. Financed in the framework of the Pact programme, the projects must especially help start commercially innovative ideas for the promotion of the transport of goods combining short road trips together with rail and sea.
