Brussels, 07/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - As the end of the first phase of the Intergovernmental Conference on institutional reform of the EU draws near, Greek Socialist Dimitris Tsatsos, who is representing Parliament at the IGC along with German Christian Democrat Elmar Brok, has told journalists that discussions on the composition of the Commission, the weighting of votes in the Council and the distribution of seats in the EP show that the (peaceful) "conflict" between big and small states...
