ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) information technology

Belgium's ARIANE II (engineering and information technology services) has paid an estimated FEB 550 million for all shares in fellow Belgian firm CSP -COMPUTER SOFTWARE PARTNERS- (turnover of FEB 594 million in 1999-2000, with 157 consultants). With this operation, ARIANE II will have turnover of close to FRF 2.7 billion, with a workforce of over 900.
