Italian group FAVINI (consolidated turnover EUR 81 million in 1999 with 452 employed) is to make a bid on 100% of the capital of Dutch GELDERSE PAPIERGROEP (turnover EUR 128 million in 1999). The price per share would be 32.50 euros.
