Brussels, 25/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - Paavo Vayrynen member of the Finnish Liberal group in the European Parliament, wrote a message to the members his group concerning the speech by Joschka Fischer at the Humboldt Universitat, feeling that "we should be open to a discussion on the two alternatives" proposed by the German Minister for Foreign Affairs, which are "close to the ideas that many members of our group supported during the discussion on EU institutional reform."
