The industrial holding HDP announced that it would increase its 21% stake in the paper group CARTIERE BURGO through the public tender offering made by DIECI. At the end of April, this company launched a public tender offering on 100% of CARTIERE BURGO capital at the global price of EUR 1.3 billion.
