Britain's CADBURY SCHWEPPES has concluded an agreement whereby it will take over the French-based chewing gum and sweets activities of the American group KRAFT. The acquisition concerns the brands "Hollywood", "Malabar", "Stimorol" and "Tonigum". KRAFT's non-chocolate activities had turnover of EUR 189 million with 450 employees.
