Brussels, 25/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission decided to suspend all the payments of export refunds for processed agricultural products. The decision, published in the Official Journal L.119 of 20 May, is based on budgetary reasons. On a budgetary package of EUR 551 million, EUR 311 million were used as of the first months of the year and a budgetary surplus risks occurring at anytime.
