ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) privatisations

- Poland: CONNEX POLSKA, the Polish subsidiary of the French group VIVENDI, has won the call for tenders for the privatisation of PKS CHELM, a state-owned Polish rail transport company. Under the operation, CONNEX POLSKA and the prefecture of the Lublin region, responsible for the town of Chelm, will be creating a joint venture with capital of 7.9 million zlotys.
