ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) automotive equipment

Germany's CONTINENTAL (tyres, automotive equipment) haa announced the creation of a joint venture in brakes and suspension systems on the Japanese and Korean markets with Japan's NISSHINBO. The new company will be called CONTINENTAL TEVES CORPORATION and is expected to have turnover of EUR 300 million in 2004 and 2005.
