The French CS COMMUNICATION ET SYSTEMES ceded its subsidiary SECRE COMPOSANTS (passive electronic components; turnover of EUR 5.6 million in 1999) to SBE - SOCIETE BOULONNAISE D'ELECTRONIQUE (turnover of EUR 79.2 million in 1999 with subsidiaries in Poland and the United Kingdom) for an undisclosed amount.
