The French firm CORA INDUSTRIES (turnover of FRF 226.4 million for 1998-99), distributor of automotive parts, has acquired 100% of Belgium's PELTER (turnover of FRF 61.5 million in 1999), active in the same sector. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
