Brussels, 14/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Agriculture Council is meeting in Luxembourg on Monday, chaired by Portuguese Minister Luis Capoulas Santos, and will proceed with debates on important issues, without, however, decisions being scheduled. The Presidency's aim is to reach political agreements allowing for formal decisions to be taken in May. If necessary, work could extend into Tuesday. Here are the items on the agenda:
