Visit by Mr. Solana and Mr. Patten to Kosovo and Bosnia

Brussels, 14/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Secretary General of the EU Council/High Representative for CFSP, Javier Solana and the Commissioner for External Relations, Chris Patten, will make another visit to the Balkans, together, next week. On Tuesday 18 April they will be in Kosovo where they will meet in particular Bernard Kouchner, chief UN administrator and on Wednesday 19 April they will make an official visit to Bosnia Herzegovina (see yesterday's EUROPE, p.4 on the speech by Mr....
