Commission hands Fifteen its proposals for "common positions" over agriculture and free movement of persons

Brussels, 14/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - Friday, the European Commission presented Member States with its draft common positions for the EU in view of the beginning of accession negotiations with the six members of the Luxembourg group (Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Estonia, Slovenia and Cyprus) on two of the most delicate and difficult chapters: agriculture and the free movement of persons.
