British BT - BRITISH TELECOM has announced indepth restructuring with the creation of four new subsidiaries that may be quoted on the Stock Exchange. They will be called IGNITE (wide band IP data transport), BT OPENWORLD (consumer public Internet), BT WIRELESS (international mobile telephony) and YENN (directories, mainly "yellow pages").
