Brussels, 07/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - On Monday evening, the European Parliament will discuss, at the opening of next week's plenary session in Strasbourg, the report by Pernille Frahm, Finnish MEP of the European United Left/Nordic Green Left on the European Commission's proposal to create a European Refugee Fund for an initial duration of five years, from 2000 to end 2004.
