Belgian TRACTEBEL (French group SUEZ LYONNAISE DES EAUX) has concluded an agreement with the Polish Economy Minister concerning the acquisition of 25% of the electricity power plant TADEUSZ KOSCIUSZKO POLANIEC for the sum of EUR 87.5 million.
