Graham Mather makes proposals for reform - The independent committee of experts should draw up report on EP

London, 07/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - British Conservative Graham Mather, former MEP and President of the European Policy Forum of London, has presented a report to the House of Lords European Communities Committee entitled "The European Parliament - Scope for Reform" in which he sets out a "view from the inside which attempts a balanced assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of the European Parliament".
