The French group PIERRE ET VACANCES (hiring and development of holiday accommodation) has bought up Dutch GRAN DORADO, sold by the Dutch pension fund for EUR 100.6 million. GRAN DORADO is the only holiday home renting company in the Benelux and Germany with a turnover of EUR 118.6 million in 1999.
