Monti makes decision on 11 April on possible opening of in-depth investigation on the Vodafone/Mannesmann merger

Brussels, 07/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commissioner for Competition, Mario Monti should make announce a decision on Tuesday 11 April on the opening of the second phase of investigation of the merger between the British and German telecommunications giants Vodafone and Mannesmann.
