07/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Commission's spokesman's service specifies that the proposal to create a fund intended for stabilising pig farmers' incomes (see yesterday's EUROPE, p;13) has not yet been formally adopted. EUROPE will give further details as soon as the proposal has been adopted in the next few days.
