PIXELPARK AG has announced the unsuccessful acquisition of the Swedish companies CELL NETWORK and MANDATOR, which are merging. The shareholders of both groups are said to have withdrawn from the share swap operation because of the falling value of the operation by EUR 1 billion. See EI of 24 March.
