CLT-UFA may acquire News' stake in the German TV station VOX

Brussels, 22/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has cleared the acquisition by CLT-UFA of News' stake in the joint venture VOX, a general interest German TV channel. This transaction will increase the share ULT-CFA already had in VOX, whose other major partner is Canal+.
