ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) perfume

NOCIBE (Dutch group KRUIDVAT HOLDING) has announced the acquisition of THELEM SA, a franchise company that develops and manages the "Process Blue" and "Les Térianes" marks. With this operation, NOCIBE will have four marks expected to earn total turnover of close to FRF 2 billion. The amount of the acquisition was not disclosed.
