Commission secures undertakings from Kirch and "BskyB" that render possible approval of their joint takeover of "KirchPay TV"

Brussels, 22/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has secured sufficient undertakings from Kirch Vermogensverwalyungs and British Sky Broadcasting (BskyB) for it to be able to agree to the two companies taking joint control of KirchPay TV. Thanks to these commitments, the operation will not, says the Commission, lead to the creation or strengthening of a dominant position.
