ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) holding companies

In Belgium, the Italian holding company ACCENTIS has acquired the maker of indoor tiles BOMARBRE, along with its affiliates ETS ROBERT BOSSUYT, STONE-WEST and STONE-WEST GARDEN. The venture will be integrated into DML-COMPOSITES, a building materials subsidiary of ACCENTIS, which will now have turnover of FEB 1.5 billion and 430 employees.
