The German conglomerate MANNESMANN and French CAP GEMINI (information technology services) have announced the creation of joint ventures in the digital and electronic sphere. In concrete terms, a first company is foreseen in the digital sector for the companies, aimed at a turnover of one billion euros in the first four years, or even before. A second joint venture will, moreover, be created in electronics, said MANNESMANN.
