Brussels, 01/02/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Economic and Social Committee (ESC), which met on Wednesday 26 January in Brussels in plenary session under the chairmanship of Mrs Beatrice Rangoni-Machiavelli, decided to refer back to its relevant specialised section its own-initiative Opinion entitled "Pluralism and Concentration in the Media", for which the rapporteur is French trade unionist Joël Decaillon.
