OWENS CORNING, world leader in the construction materials sector, and ALCOPOR, Swiss leader in the sector of foam insulation systems, are to form a joint venture to bring these activities together in OWENS CORNING INTERNATIONAL BUILDING MATERIAL SYSTEMS.
