ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) transport

The French group GRIMAUD (sales of FRF 800 million in 1999 with 1,500 employees and a fleet of 1,100 vehicles) has bought 80% of fellow French company BIARDEAU, a parcel service company that had turnover of FRF 110 million in 1999 with 250 employees and 190 vehicles).
