AEC calls on Commissioner Byrne to envisage European directive on radiation from cellular phones

Brussels, 05/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - A delegation of the Association of European Consumers (AEC) met European Commissioner for Consumers and Health David Byrne at the end of December. It requested him to have an "impartial investigation" carried out by his services on the risk of microwave radiation from cellular phones.
