The Italian banks BANCA DI ROMA and BANCA POPOKARE DE VICENZA are in talks over an alliance with, a central purpose, a crossed shareholding to have BANCA POPOLARE DI VICENZA enter the capital of BANCA DI ROMA to the tune of 5%.
