Express carriers fear that ban on night flights at Brussels airport of Zaventem reflects European trend - Commission points to subsidiarity

Brussels, 05/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Express Association protests in a press release against the Belgian decree banning night flights in and out of the Brussels airport of Zaventem, from the summer of 2003.
