Europe needs its own space capabilities, stresses Joseph Aschbacher

On Tuesday 27 January, at the 18th European Space Conference, Director General of the European Space Agency (ESA) Joseph Aschbacher gave an update on the latest space programme announcements from the European Union and ESA.
